How subscription works
With subscription, your monthly box of 30 sachets is delivered to your door every 28 days, ensuring you never run out. With the 3 month subscription, you receive 3 month's worth of sachets (i.e. 90 sachets) every 3 months. By subscribing, you are also benefiting from a discount.
The second delivery and onwards comes in a refill envelope - we like to do our bit for the environment, plus it fits through the letterbox, so no waiting around for the postman.
Unlike other subscription brands, we send you a message 5 days before your next order, checking if you want it or not. You can decide if you want the delivery, or if you would rather cancel or pause it. There is complete flexibility. You can manage your subscription easily through your account, or simply email our team at hello@sisterlylab.com and they will do it for you.
Directions for use

Mix with 100mls of water or juice (some prefer less, some prefer more).

FAQs
How does The Elevator work?
The Elevator is a comprehensive approach to female nutrition, delivering the most bioactive nutrients in scientifically proven dosages and natural forms to supplement the nutritional deficiencies that cause women to experience symptoms of fatigue, poor immunity and hormonal imbalance as they age. The ease of a powder sachet allows the ingredients to be dissolved in water for optimal absorption into the body.
How should I take The Elevator?
We recommend that you take one sachet daily in the morning mixed with 100ml of water, juice, or smoothie. Make sure to stir well or even use a frother (we used no suspension agents for a more natural product). Then knock it back. For maximum absorption, we recommend that you leave a 15 minute gap between taking the Elevator and other food or beverages.
What flavour is it?
The Elevator has a mild mandarin flavour. We use only natural flavourings and it is naturally sweetened with a very small amount of steviol glycosides. The flavour is deliberately mild as strong flavours are divisive and we want as many people as possible to experience the benefits of The Elevator. If you like a stronger flavour, add less water or add it to a juice or smoothie.
Can you take The Elevator while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Can you take The Elevator while on HRT?
Does The Elevator contain biotin?
Yes, the Elevator contains a dose of 250ug of biotin. A dose less than 300ug is considered a low dose. Please read here for more information on biotin.
Health benefits
REDUCE TIREDNESS AND FATIGUE
FUEL YOUR METABOLISM
BUILD IMMUNE RESILIENCE
BALANCE HORMONES
SUPPORT COLLAGEN RENEWAL
NOURISH YOUR HAIR, SKIN AND NAILS
CoQ10 - Co Enzyme Q10
Your body makes CoQ10 naturally, and it lives in the mitochondria of every cell, concentrated in the tissues that work hardest. Diet adds only a few milligrams a day, mostly from oily fish and organ meats, and natural production begins to fall from your thirties onward.
Magnesium
Magnesium works as a cofactor in hundreds of reactions across the body. It contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to normal psychological function. We use magnesium lactate, a form that absorbs well and is gentle on digestion.
B Complex + Biotin + Folate
Everyday wellbeing, backed by Bs. We carefully select the form of each nutrient used in The Elevator and clearly list each one on the label.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system. Bone health becomes especially important during and after menopause.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E comes almost entirely from seeds, nuts and oils. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, working where fats are most vulnerable to damage.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C comes from fruit and vegetables, but your body cannot make it or store it and it degrades with heat, light and storage. It contributes to normal collagen formation, to immune function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin K2
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting. K1 comes readily from leafy greens, but K2 is concentrated in fermented foods that rarely feature in a typical diet. We use MK-7, the form that stays in circulation longest.
Vitamin A (Retinol)
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision, and to the normal function of the immune system. It comes ready-made from animal foods like eggs and oily fish, or as beta-carotene from orange and green vegetables.
Zinc
The body holds no real store of zinc, so intake matters daily. Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal protein synthesis, normal fertility and reproduction, normal cognitive function, the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones, the normal function of the immune system, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Chromium
Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism. It comes from wholegrains, broccoli, nuts and meat, though amounts in food vary widely depending on soil and processing.
Copper
Copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and to the maintenance of normal connective tissues. It also contributes to normal skin and hair pigmentation.
Selenium
Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal thyroid function, and to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
Molybdenum
Molybdenum contributes to normal sulphur amino acid metabolism, the process that handles sulphur compounds from the protein you eat. It comes mainly from legumes, wholegrains and nuts, and the body needs only trace amounts.
Piperine
Black pepper extract, standardised for piperine, is included to work alongside the nutrients in the formula rather than to act on its own. It's the same compound that gives pepper its bite, used here in a concentrated form.
