We ship throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom and the EU.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
If you opt for a subscription, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time (giving 48 hours minimum notice before your next order renewal). You can also skip a delivery if you do not need more product delivered that month.
Cooling off period
If you reside within the European Union and have ordered a product but have yet to receive it, you may cancel your order without giving a reason at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation, and we will return your money.
Cancellation
If you have received a product and are not satisfied with it, a refund will be given only for the product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:
- You must contact us prior to returning any Product.
- We must receive the product within 14 days of you informing us of your cancellation.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
- Only Unopened Product will be accepted for refunds. Where the product or its packaging has been damaged or opened, the product cannot be returned for heath protection and hygiene reasons.
- A credit will be given to your credit card or your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges if we receive the product in a condition where we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
Faulty Product
If, however you receive a faulty product, apologies. Please send a photo of the product, a summary of the fault and your order number to hello@sisterlylab.com. We’ll take care of the rest.
Upon confirmation of the faultiness of the product, we will refund or replace the product immediately.
