Our mission is to deliver products worthy of the women we cherish - our mothers, sisters, girlfriends, and ourselves - so they can thrive with confidence and strength.

Empowering Connections, Elevating Communities

Our Purpose

At SISTERLY, we are more than a brand – we are a community. Our mission is to create meaningful connections, empower women of all ages, and drive positive change through ethical and sustainable practices.

  • Customer Engagement

    • Launched a robust Customer Engagement Policy to ensure transparency, ethical marketing, and strict data privacy standards.
    • Achieved 100% customer satisfaction (based on a three-month feedback survey of 50 participants), reflecting the positive impact of our customer-first approach.
  • Community Impact

    • We launched the SISTERLY Swim initiative to bring women together for a monthly dip in the sea, paired with conversation, connection, and complimentary coffee and cake. These gatherings welcome women from all backgrounds, fostering meaningful relationships and cultivating a strong sense of community.
    • In collaboration with AIB Goodbody, SISTERLY hosted two Female Founders Financial Forum events, supporting a cohort of female entrepreneurs by offering a platform for growth, visibility, and connection.
  • Social Contribution

    • Donated over €7,000 to female-focused charities and healthcare initiatives supporting vulnerable women and children. Key beneficiaries include Choose Love and Arc Cancer Care.
    • Provided over €10,000 worth of product in support of charity raffles and events hosted by our community.
    • Contributed 100+ volunteer hours as a team, engaging in mentorship programs and grassroots community work.

Our Approach to Sustainability

We are committed to embedding sustainability into every aspect of our business:

  • Reduced Packaging: Introduced fully recyclable and compostable refill envelopes  for our subscription customers.  Customers also have the option to opt for the refill envelopes for their first order instead of receiving the box. This reduces packaging and the need for an ecommerce box in which to deliver the SISTERLY box. As a result of this measure we made cost savings which we passed on to our customers.
  • Circular Practices: We encourage customers to reuse their SISTERLY boxes, ensuring less waste.
  • Sustainable materials: Partnered with local and eco-conscious suppliers to sustainably produce all merchandise, including the SISTERLY robe and beanie.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  1. One of our founders proudly serves as a Brand Ambassador for Going for Growth, championing women-led entrepreneurship.
  2. Participated in talks and panels focused on women’s career development, including events at The Ned (London) and Women in Finance (Dublin).
  3. Collaborated with experts in health and wellness to bring events and value to our community, aligning with our mission to encourage healthy living. Examples of these include:

    - SISTERLY X Cocobrew Sea Swim’s at the Forty Foot
    - SISTERLY @ Whitestown House with Miriam Hussey (Yoga) & Rochelle Vyas (Breathwork)
    - SISTERLY X Jane Shortall - The Perfect Couple Christmas Dance Class

Looking Ahead: Goals for 2025

  • B Corp Certification: Our primary focus for 2025 is achieving B Corp status, embedding social and environmental impact into the heart of our business model.
  • Women's Health & Awareness: We will continue to promote the health benefits of The Elevator and expand our series of women’s health events.
  • Further Sustainability Gains: Reduce packaging footprint even more and finalise the introduction of fully recyclable sachets.
