We set out in 2023, to revolutionise women's wellness with our all-in-one daily supplement. Seeing it win awards and transform lives has been a dream come true. But the real highlight? The fabulous community we've built. It's been a whirlwind of wellness, love, and laughter as we’ve grown our SISTERLY Circle worldwide!
As we embark on a new year, SISTERLY founders Aoife, Jenny, and Louise reflect on their top moments of 2024 and share what they’re most looking forward to in 2025:
Aoife Matthews:
Reflecting: This year we were honoured that SISTERLY was awarded with multiple prestigious industry awards. These include Best Beauty Supplement of the Year, Best Health Supplement, Best Hair Supplement, Best Immune Product and Best Everyday Supplement. Seeing SISTERLY celebrated across such esteemed platforms, just one year after launch, is truly incredible. These awards are a testament to the exceptional quality and effectiveness of SISTERLY, and a reflection of the dedication and expertise of our team of scientific and female health experts. We are deeply grateful for the recognition and continue to be inspired by the incredible women who trust us on their wellness journey.
Looking forward: We’re excited to expand the reach of SISTERLY abroad and support even more women worldwide. Our mission to empower women through better health continues to grow, and we’re eager to connect with and inspire women everywhere.
Jennifer O’Connell:
Reflecting: All of our events have been amazing - Sea Swims at the 40ft, the Perfect Couple Dance Routine, New York with Boodles, yoga on the roof of the Bold Octopus, the SISTERLY Summits in Dublin and London . There’s a common theme that runs through all of these events - great women coming together to experience moments of pure joy. It’s what SISTERLY is all about.
Looking forward: More SISTERLY moments. It takes a village and we really want to grow our team and our community. With our upcoming launch in Harrods, we will be spending more time in London growing our UK SISTERLY circle. Don’t know what it is about SISTERLY but it really does attract the best people.

Louise O’Riordan:
Reflecting: My favourite moment has to be our recent ‘Perfect Couple’ dance routine with Jane Shortall leading the choreography. The energy in the studio was palpable. It doubled up as our Christmas get together so everyone was in full festive mode. Personally, it was a full circle moment as I remember taking dance classes with Jane many many moons ago so it was a lovely trip down memory lane. She hasn’t lost an ounce of energy in all the years.
Looking forward: I’m looking forward to us helping more women elevate their health and demonstrating how easily it can be done with a couple of simple steps. It’s the reviews we read and the stories we hear from women like ourselves that keep us inspired to do what we do. We have some great events planned for next year from sea swims at the 40ft to our Harrods launch so plenty of excuses to get our SISTERLY circle together.
